SPINNING FACILITIES: 1、 Scotching : LiTai owns two internationally advanced scotching production lines of RIETR from Switzerland and TRUETZSCHLER from Germany, which ensure that the cotton fibers are mixed evenly and have few cotton neps. 2、Carding : besides the above-mentioned two scotching production lines, it also has 94 sets of the new type native hermetic carding machines - FA201B,whose strong carding function ensures that the cotton tops are even and there are few cotton neps. 3、Combing : The combing machines - LIDA E60H ,E62 FROM Switzerland and Cherry Hara from Japan, make that there are 2.35 sets of combing machine for every 10 thousand spindle. The advanced equipment ensures the smoothness of combed yarn and the cotton knots have reached the advanced level of 5%-25% of USTER Bulletin. 4、Drawing : The drawing machines - LIDA RSB,RSB-D30C from Switzerland, Toyota Hara from Japan and native FA302, FA306, FA311 high speed drawing machines, whose self-adjusted smoothing devices ensure the evenness of tops.  5、Roving : The roving machine from Japan Toyota FL-16 and native EJ521, A454G roving machines, make the roving even and good-shaped. 6、Spinning : The spinning machine from Japan Toyota and native FA506 FA507A EJM128 spinning machine along with the imported belt roller, make the yarn even and smooth. 7、Winding : The SCHLAFHORST 238,338 automatic machine from Germany and MACHCONER automatic machine from Japan, ensure that the bobbins are good-shaped and the yarn faults are further reduced. It also has forming steam boiler, gassing frame for special demands from yarn production.  8、Paralleling :The FA702 cable and A631E twister ensure that the yarn is twister evenly without three-ply or four-ply. 9、TESTING: LiTai has his own Lab. Room with international lever test machines: USTER evenness tester and USTER classimat system from Switzerland which make sure all products up to grade.  WEAVING FACILITIES: 1、Pre-weaving :BENNINGER warping machine from Switzerland and German ZUCKER、BENNINGER sizing machine from Switzerland ,make the semi-products straining and even so as to meet the demands of various types of fabrics.  2、Weaving : The 120sets of JAT-600 Air-jet looms, 112 sets of Japan JAT-610 TOYOTA Air-jet looms with STAUBLI electrical positive dobby, made 100% no shuttle so that the fabrics can meet the A-grade requirement.  CLOTHING FACILITIES: From the cutting, sewing to Ironing, LiTai has already been Equipped with international advance machines from Taiwan and Japan, which make it possible to process with all kinds of clothing to meet the demands of the market.
